hello guys. while i was trying to start the bike i noted that it was getting harder for the engine to turn. i started thinking it might have been the automatic decompression system but after checking it was found in order . meantime it was getting harder and harder and then i thought to make the alternator test as per the clymers manual. it failed all tests (the one when the three pin connector containing the yellow wire where each pair should show about 100v ac and the one with the battery rev it up to 5000rpm and you should be getting about 14-15 v dc). is there any other item that might be the one which is faulty and not the alternator it self. if not does any one know from where i can get an alternator since in my country they want about 300 usd for the bloody thing. i come from cyprus bythe way). if anyone had a similar problem please help.
